Ordered Platters not made

Firstly, I sent a complaint through the Pick n Pay website and no one has bothered to contact me, so Hello Peter it is. I ordered 2 Platters (Savoury and Chicken and Rib) from the Pick n Pay Plattekloof Village store on Thursday the 24th of March 2016. The order was supposed to be prepared and ready for collection on Sunday the 27th of March 2016 at 11:00. Upon my arrival at the store at 11:30, the ladies responsible had informed me that they didn't prepare the platter yet. What's worse is, they didn't check the board to see that the form I filled out had been sitting on the board all along. Your processes are flawed and your staff isn't well trained. I don't feel like going back to that store again.
