Ordered item not delivered

I purchased sinutab on their app,the item was broken i only received a broken bottle in a box.The very same day i ordered the item again and it was not delivered.i called them and they said they will get back to me with my query till today they haven’t.They only refunded me of the broken item and not the one that was not delivered.I am disappointed with their service and being treated like i am a *****.
