Order was not delivered but money is been paid

In the passing of my father in law yesterday 😞 I had ordered on the pick n Pay and have not received my order*** the driver told me couldn't find the the place and would return my order and on the app it said delivered 😔.my father in law has been buried yesterday I am beyond disgusted and sick to my stomach with pick n pay this was my first time ordering with them I normally do checks and thought to try pick and pay NEVER AGAIN.I will make it my life's work to bring them down 👎 you never know what your customers are going through and they picked the wrong day to be useless. Quick to take my money I want it back there needs to be a reverse option in situations like these.
