Order was never delivered

I'm so annoyed and Inconvenienced by the *** service the driver came with the wrong order, then instead of I'm clicking on cannot deliver the idiots clicked delivered. I sent an email and called the useless call centre who advised that they are need to sent an email and wait for a Reply wat bull is this I have been waiting for this order since 9 am I Ave kids who need to eat this is huge inconvenience i want this matter resolved before end of business
