Order UID:***-Missing items on order on pick n pay ASAP

I bought some combo items on their ASAP medium (formerly bottles). However, the order received was incomplete. I only received one box of the x2 boxes of Apple juice for R50. I saw this immediately when I started unpacking the goods, sent an email immediately with order number, as per procedure provided on the APP. I have not received any feedback nor have ar I been contacted! Beyond dissatisfied!
