Order R4500 and only deliver R2300

I order products to the value of R4500 from PnP Online. They only delivered R2300 with many products being out of stock again. Common problem with PnP online. When phoning the cal center, response is products out of stock, something as basic as 2LTab. What is the use of using this service if they are always out of stock, surely one of the basics of retailing is planning so that you are NOT out of stock. Call center's advice is that I should allow PnP to pick alternatives for me. I have done this before but the alternatives is not even close to the first choice. Call center transferred me to the Boksburg Hyper PnP and HOD said that they are busy with stock take and that is why so many items out of stock. Unacceptable, then tell customers and close down Online Shopping during this period. Asked the HOD at Boksburg to ask store manager to call me back as he was busy (Werner). Still waiting for him to call, also called the call center again yesterday afternoon, they can't get hold of Boksburg as they are not answering their phones. I also tried, even before 5 yesterday afternoon, no answer. VERY DISAPPOINTING. No interest in customers.
