Order placed but not received

So yesterday I decided to download the pick n pay app to order some items which I did however I haven't received my order til now still waiting I have called to no avail I have emailed no response received til now I'm checking on the app now it shows the item's where delivered yesterday I don't know where it was delivered too because I haven't received anything no item's no communication so all I want from pick n pay is my money back but guess that's also going to be a hassle to get my own money back I'm so shocked at pick n pay but seeing that my money has no value to pick n pay il take my money else where I'm already busy taking this matter further and will not rest until I get my money back..no longer a pick n pay customer
