Order *** Pick ‘n Pay ASAP I want my money

I ordered some groceries on the 16/12/202 online using Pick ‘n pay ASAP… one would think that you will get your groceries ASAP but all you get is incompetence ASAP!!! Till this day I have not received my order in full. I have spoken to a bunch of *********** people promising me the moon and the stars and have delivered nothing. From agent level all the way to management level. All I ask is for my refund that I was promised two weeks ago.

All the below individuals have promised me feedback, my money and more and till this day I have none of the above.

I have never in my entire life been so frustrated. I have had to make loans to buy my family food. It’s not like I ordered clothes we are talking about food!!!!

I want my money back ASAP!!!!

Please look into the below people and ask them why on earth I still don’t have my money!!!
