Order *** order delivered to wrong address
I am very very disappointed with Pick n pay Asap the service I have received my order was delivered to the wrong address no call was made to verify been trying to follow up since 12 till now have escalated on the app called customer care they said they will call within 20 minutes since 13:30..driver called around 14:30 said he will call back still nothing..I have no food now used my last money..I am very disappointed as I am still waiting

19 Sept 2025, 17:09I made a follow up call now with customer care I dont understand they telling me that my order had alcohol they must investigate further I dont understand that she is saying we drunk..I am extra frustrated as i was at work when i made the order now I have knocked off and still being insulted I spoke to Lisa at 13:11 after order was delivered and its almost 4 hours I spoke to Asi she is now telling md she does not see any feedback she is going to follow up.This is my money we talkin about my money...The order was delivered at the next street ask the driver he will tell you he went to wrong address wrong house.
