Order Online - Still Waiting for Delivery

I put through an online order and paid, and specifically booked the time slot 12-1pm with PNP Hyper William Moffett, PE.

It's now past 2 pm and still no delivery. I phoned the store and just rings. I phoned customer care and they can't get through to the store either. So she suggested sending an email.

This is very disappointing. I will not be ordering from PNP any longer.
