Did online shopping on the 3rd December 2022. Some of the items were out of stock. An amount of R290.94 was in the wallet. On the 10th December 2022 I requested a refund. After many calls, lost count, many emails I still have not received my refund. And as of today I have had no replies to emails. When I called yesterday and asked to speak to a manager the call was ended. My order number ***. Very very bad service. All I want is my refund

28 Dec 2022, 15:30Pick n Pay ASAP sent email this morning confirming that refund has been processed and I should wait 3 days before money will reflect. The problem is I have been promised the same thing 3 times before today. I am so frustrated with this whole issue!!!!!!!
