Order Number *** (Pnp Asap)

Good day, on 20th November I ordered through the pnp asap app from Westville Pnp Junction Mall. Two items was not in stock and its been almost 2 weeks and still have not been refunded the 200 rand. Also huskey dog food special was 3 tins for 46 rand and ordered 2 of those specials however only 4 cans was sent. I have sent three emails and even tried to calling the asap customer support multiple times without getting through to any agent or response via email. Online shopping suppose to be convenient for the buyer however with pnp asap its a terrible experience.
