I placed a order on pick n pay ASAP last night around 17:30. I received only 5 things out of my order and was advised that the rest will be delivered the next morning (today) ar 08:30 as the shop had already closed. I have been calling since this morning with no hp as to when I will be getting my order. I havebeen sending the driver Sphe (Fortunate) and Skumbuzo messages none stop and they keep saying they waiting for the store as my order was assigned to someone else and now they trying to fix it.

I had to cancel all my plans I had with my kids cause I need to wait for a order that was suppose to be completed yesterday.

This is very unprofessional and I am very ANGRY! I WANTY ORDER AND MY MONEY BACK AD I WASTED A LOT OF TIME AND MONEY SITTING AT HOME FOR PNP MISTAKE AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR.
