Order NOT received or accepted by me… #1****713

I ordered groceries on the Pick ‘n Pay ASAP yesterday after 16:00 and was told that my groceries will be delivered between 17:30 to 18:00 and was told that the driver could not deliver because he/she was delayed and I should expect my order today. I just went in on the App to check the status of my order and it says delivered. I’d like to know where is my grocery delivered too. I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER. Urgently fix this or I want a refund. I’m never using this service anymore their call Center is useless 😡😡😡
