ORDER NOT RECEIVED

I have placed an order on the Pick n Pay ASAP app on Sunday 28 July @ 1:44. And at 17h00 my order was still not delivered. I have received no further comunication from Pick 'n Pay. Later the evening the app changed my order status to delivered. The date was very strange as it said my order was delivered on 1 January in 1970!!!!! I have submitted a request and reported that my order was NOT delivered, but since then has received no reply yet. Another day has passed, and still no delivery? The money is taken out of my account, but I have not received the goods I have ordered. Will someone please assist me and get back to me with answers or at least refund my money!!!! Then I will rather make use of Chekers 60 /60. I would not recomend Pick n Pay ASAP to anyone.
