Order not received, but on app stated order received.

So I have ordered 20 May 2022 around 2:27PM On the Pick a Pay - ASAP (app). My order amount was around R700.00. Around 5:00PM the order was supposed to be delivered. No order received. I phoned them and requested where is my order. This went on until 8:00PM. Today 21 May 2022 Still not received my order they state that I have received my order. This is so disappointing. You do not get refund and they state you received the order.
