Order not received

I place an order via the app today, no ***, with scheduled delivery time 11:00 to 12:00. When I check the status at 10:45, it recorded that the delivery happened at 10:42.

The collection never happened at the detailed address. Pick and Pay does not answer their calls. I am disappointed at this service. Please refund my money.
