Order not received!

I made an order with pick N pay ASAP on the morning of July 27th 2022. The instructions on there are that they should call me, well the driver should call me. I waited and kept checking my app. The driver supposedly arrived.. He/she did not call me Left with my groceries, I would understand if they had called me. I'm outside my apartment, can't find them security says no pick N pay delivery came through. I am fighting to be refunded right now now, if not that then to get my groceries. I work extremely hard for my money.
