Order not received

I'm still waiting for my delivery since last night 5pm , I emailed their support still no reply, I even went as far as calling their call Centre no *** from 7am this morning no answer just being put on hold. service is very poor, if u cant deliver why not notify the customer, their app is actually useless because I have been tracking my order and it kept saying it has been prepared and will be delivered from 6pm to 7pm then it went on for the whole night postponing the times. please ask checkers on how they keep their customers happy and their online service fully functional. order no ***4
