Order not delivered, poor customer service support

Order number :*** Pick n pay asap is a **** online business that has **** me of my money twice now, I'm saying this cause I made an order yesterday from their online grocery store, my order was scheduled for 12:00-13:00 delivery. I received a call from their driver after 12:00 telling me that he is lost, he wasn't far from my house and I gave him correct directions and he said he is on his way, they have delivered at my house before so I don't understand how they were getting lost,minutes later I called him back and he said he went back to the shop cause it's their procedure I don't know what he was talking about and he said they will send another driver. Hours later my items were not delivered and I called their customer service who promised to attend to my quiry asap and call me back, she didn't call me back and I called back spoke to someone else, I got cut while in conversation but she said she will call me back if it happens that I get cut of which she didn't. Today it's Sunday and my groceries are still not delivered. What makes me even more upset is that I ordered fever medication for my son that I wanted to be delivered as he was not well and I was not with him to take care of him, and he also didn't have food as he was alone with a helper at home. I used my last money for that and now I'm sitting with no food or medication for my son, and no response from pick n pay. I'm beyond upset as this is not the first time I have received poor service from pick n pay. My money was never returned then. I used them cause I was desperate, after vowing I will never use them again, as other shops didn't have slot for my delivery yesterday. Now I regret giving them a 2nd chance as they are clearly a ****. All I want now is my money in my account immediately not willing to wait for 7 days for it... Can someone from pick n pay fix this
