Order not delivered. No refund. No support.

I placed a Pick n Pay online order on 31 May at night, expecting it to be delivered the following day. Nothing arrived. I tried calling and emailing multiple times but received no assistance. I even called the mall directly. I no longer have airtime to keep following up.

I haven’t been eating properly lately and was relying on this order to cook and have food for the week. Not only was the service poor, but there’s been no communication or refund.

I trusted Pick n Pay and I’m extremely disappointed. Please resolve this urgently—either deliver my items or issue a refund.
