**"Order Not Delivered, No Refund, and No Response"**

I placed an order on the Pick n Pay app on **March 7th**, but I have not received it to date. The app shows the order as "delivered," yet I did not receive anything. When I contacted customer support, they claimed the money had been refunded, but I have not received any refund. Additionally, they are not responding to the emails I have sent.
