Order *** - Not delivered

I bought groceries through the app on 22/06/2022 at 16:14. At 16:40, the app showed that my groceries have been delivered. However, I had not received anything. I called their customer care at 16:43, and I was told to wait. "Sometimes drivers confirm delivery 10 to 15 minutes before they deliver." Odd as that is, I waited. Nothing. I called back at 17:25. The answering service said that their business hours were from 08:00 to 17:00. (Even though their official hours are 08:00 to 19:00). I then went to Pick n Pay Durbanville to find out what was happening with the order. I was assisted by a very reluctant Kelly-Ann (or Kerry-Ann) who had her backpack in hand and was ready to knock off. She assured me that she would call me the following morning after investigating. She never did. On the morning of 23/06/2022 at 08:08, I spoke to Zola (call reference ***) who assured me that if an order is made late in the afternoon, it is sometimes delivered the following morning and I should give it an hour. At 09:33 I spoke to Danigan (call reference ***), who had to investigate and get back to me. She called me back at 09:50 and said that my order was delivered at an incorrect address and that a re-order was placed and that it would be delivered to me that morning. I waited until 14:17 before making another call where I was told the same story I was told by Danigan at 09:50. This is when I decided to go to the Pick n Pay Durbanville store and collect the order myself. This was however not fruitful as the manager refused and said that they cannot take the loss on behalf of Pick n Pay Asap. While at the store, we managed to speak to a certain Michael McHale (email address ***) from the customer service centre, who assured me that he would send me a voucher to the value of my purchase (R605.97). This was supposed to happen 15 minutes after our call. I have since called customer care many times requesting to speak to Michael McHale, with no luck. On 25/06/2022, I received a payment of R94.44 with the same reference as the purchase I made. I still have not been called back or received my voucher. Disappointed does not even describe how I feel about Pick n Pay service. Tshego Mamabolo ***
