Order not delivered

I made an order yesterday at Pik n Pay South Coast ( Arbor Crossing ) my delivery was set to be delivered at 7 30-8pm yesterday . It’s now now 08:45am I haven’t received my order I have called customer care they told me they don’t know about that , I call Pik n Pay Sough Coast they telling me the driver attempted to call . Which is not true no1 called me. I demand my order now and I don’t think I should be paying for that order now because this am inconvenience to me and my family no one is willing to explain what will happen next instead my airtime is being wasted ! This is such a bad customer service
