Order not delivered

Pick n Pay asap is one of the worst delivery services I have ever used and I don’t know why I still insist on using them. Their service is appalling to say the list. I made an order this morning and the driver left the estate before I could give him the access code. That I can admit was my fault because I was not close to my phone at the time, normally I check the phone every 5 to 10 minutes when I am expecting a delivery but based on the previous day’s delivery I thought no need for me to do that because they took forever to deliver.

Anyway, guy left when I called he was already at the shop with my stuff. The status on the app kept on saying still to be delivered until it changed to delivered without me receiving the stuff I paid for. When I logged a call and asked them to rectify this issue they insisted that according to their records the stuff was delivered when in fact it was not delivered.

I work hard for my money and in my order I included a ball for my son. This is indeed not how I anticipated the day to go. I always give Pick ‘n Pay a chance even after many issues I have faced with them. I hope they rectify this issue. I have screenshots of the conversation I had with the driver and he can confirm that he did not deliver. If they can shown me a man that delivered and if he can also share the access code he used to enter my estate that would be great
