Order not delivered

I ordered at 10 am today. The app indicated that the the delivery would arrive at 13h00. When I checked the app at 12H37 it showed food arrived but there was no driver information meaning I couldn't track the driver. Stood outside my house for over 20 minutes no driver. When I called I was told my order was still at the store and there was no driver to deliver and that I must wait 10 minutes. Then the app changed indicating the driver was plat the store and change again saying the order has arrived but still had no driver information. I called again and was told there were still no driver and I must wait another 20 minutes. Within 5 minutes of speaking to the agent I got a notification that my order was cancelled.
