Order Not Delivered

I used this app for groceries,everything was fine till I ordered Alcohol. And my order was marked as Delivered. Very disappointed cuz I didn't receive the Order. When I called the Support Centre I was told they are already out of the office. Called the following morning only to be told that they're going to Investigate. While they're still investigating I advice you all to try other service providers.
