Order not delivered

I ordered at Pick ‘n Pay asap Mthatha mall at 10:30 am now the time 15:09 and still my order hasn’t been delivered. What is a whole point of ordering on the app yet it won’t deliver immediately. I called the call center at 14:00 stil no delivery. Is this how you run a business with a name of AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!!! This is completely bad bad experience
