Order not delivered

Very dissapointed with pick n pay asap service and pick n pay The Glen I ordered groceries on the 16th at 10h18am I waited the entire day while the kept changing times for delivery until it says delivery will be the following day at 11h00am an hour later I receive a notification from the app saying order is the way I can track. The driver waited on my gate for 30mins no deliver made got another notification saying order delivered. I DID NOT GET NOTHING DELIVERED YESTERDAY OR TODAY PICK. N PAY AM MOTHER OF 6 WEEKS OLD BABY THAT'S I THOUGHT IT BE CONVENIENT FOR ME TO ORDER ON THE APP THIS IS SO SICKENING WASTED MY AIRTIME YOUR CALL CENTER NOT ANSWERING CALL EVEN THE STORE IS PICKING UP THEIR PHONE CAN PLEASE HAVE MY REFUND.
