Order not delivered
I placed an order (***) on the pick n pay asap app at 08:45 this morning. At 09:31, my order was closed and indicated as delivered. The last notification I got on the app was that the driver was on the way. I have called the customer service line twice and was on hold for 3 minutes and 10minutes consecutively. I have paid for my order and i need those items. I have also sent them an email through their app. No response as yet.

06 Dec 2021, 11:55Received the delivery after all. According to the driver when he picks up multiple orders, he needs to close them. But that is problematic because it takes away the opportunity to track ones order
