ORDER NOT DELIVERED!
I am so disappointed by PnP here in East London, ordered online and my stuff was not delivered yet i was told by the app that the driver is on its way. The call centre is always busy, you write an email no one responds! Last time i was packed rotten food even today no response! I am really DISAPPOINTED and i want my ORDER *** why are we not informed of the drivers details like Checkers does? So that we can contact the drivers since the call centre is always busy ?

28 Nov 2021, 22:01Thank you for your reply however I did call the relevant store and went there to collect my order, however i am still disappointed due to the delay and lack of communication that occurred yesterday. Even mentioned the salad that was rotten that i ordered 3 weeks ago no response maybe because I never took it here, i only sent the message to the email provided, called the call centre to no avail and wrote my review but nothing was done. Guess i need to stop ordering online.
