Order not delivered!

Most useless online shopping store imaginable!!!!! Customer service is as pathetic and as useless as the store itself!! My groceries, that I paid for, were delivered yesterday to my property, minus an entire bin worth of my groceries. Today I tried calling Pick n' Pay on ********** . After holding on for 15 minutes, a woman finally answers by saying "hmmm"!! I had to ask her if I had got through to Pick n' Pay as I wasn't sure due to her disgusting way of answering a company telephone! Needless to say, half an hour later, after she supposedly was putting me through to the online store, I never got to speak to anyone, as the phone just rang and rang and rang. Pick n' Pay's customer service is as useless as there online store is. I want to know when I am getting my groceries, that I paid for, delivered to me. If I do not get them, and I do not get them ASAP, I will be laying a charge of theft and ***** against Pick n' Pay. I will never, ever shop with Pick n' Pay again. I will take my money elsewhere!!
