Order not delivered

I placed an online grocery order with Pick n Pay through the MR D APP(Order #GROC***), but unfortunately, the experience was a letdown. Despite receiving a notification that my order had arrived, the driver was nowhere to be found.

I attempted to contact the driver and Pick n Pay's customer service team, but my efforts were met with silence. The lack of communication and follow-through on their part is disappointing and unprofessional.

As a customer, I expect a certain level of service, especially when shopping online. Pick n Pay fell short of my expectations, and I hope they take steps to sort out this matter ASAP
