Today at 13:04, I ordered a parcel to the value of R500 from ASAP. After waiting for 2 hours, I went back onto the app and it reflected that my parcel was delivered at 15:13. Needless to say, I NEVER GOT MY PARCEL!!! It is now two hours later, and I have been calling, sending emails and messages. No feedback from any of the platforms. It was only a small parcel, but we had company and thought of "quickly order" some groceries. I'm am very very unhappy, and I will post every day until I receive my refund.
