Order never recieved

I purchased my partners first Father's day gift online on the 7th of June. I still haven't received my order. The day before Father's day I had to buy him a low budget gift that I was so unhappy to gift because so much thought and effort went into purchasing his online gift. I have emailed over 5 times with no response. This is by far the worst online shopping experience I've ever recieved. I want a full refund for my purchase. Pick n Pay has ****** us of our first Father's day experience.
