Order never delivered
i placed an order on monday on 21/02 order number *** at Pick n pay littlefalls in roodepoort, my order was never delivered yet i got a message saying the driver has arrived at my residence. Till today my order is still not delivered, i have called Pick n pay ASAP 3 times already im being told the store has not responded. Im very upset and disappointed at the level of service i received from pick n pay. i need my order delivered today and they must replace the staff that was out of stock and they must reimburse me for the airtime i have wasted calling them

23 Feb 2022, 10:51Pick n pay stuff has gone and cancelled my order advising that i asked to, and i never asked for a cancellation i just wanted my order re-delivered they failed to do that i cannot believe this level of service from pick n pay i am speechless and to make it worse this refund is going to take 6 days to be in my account and they dont care the predicament they have subject me to
