Order ***

I placed an order on the PNP ASAP app on Friday the 29 August, it was delivered late around 9pm. Some items were out of stock, I still haven't received the difference in my bank because their changed a system that worked, now I have to use more money to buy the stuff that was out stock while my refund takes forever. To top it all, 3 items were marked part of the stuff that's delivered but those items were not delivered, I called on Saturday and was advised I'd be refunded but no refund has been processed. This app has become a nightmare to use and it seems there is no sense of urgency
