Order Cancelled Without Delivery – No Immediate Refund. PICK N PAY -ASAP APP

I placed an order with Pick n Pay ASAP (3PM) and expected delivery yesterday. I provided my correct work address and was at work the entire day, yet the order was marked as “cancelled” due to an alleged failed delivery attempt. This is NOT the first time this has happened. I waited until 6 PM for my groceries, but nothing arrived. The nerve for them to lie and say no one was there to collect the order.I urgently need either the groceries delivered TODAY or the refund processed immediately
