Order cancelled twice!!!

I am sooo devastated by pick and pay online ,I saw a good special on their liquor side only for them to cancel my order twice 😡😥,if it was a mistake then how is it my fault why did they cancel my order twice that is sooo unprofessional and that is not a good way to rectify a mistake . Very poor service ,highly disappointed 😞
