Order cancellation with no reason

I am frustrated and very much anger. I’ve placed an order on the 25th of February 2025 my order was cancelled with no explanation and whatsoever,now my money was taken from my bank account till today no money was refunded. I keep on calling the support help line but I’ve been told same thing over and over my money will be reversed but nothing is happening . R837.90 is alot of money for me to just throw it away like that .

You guys don’t take us your customers serious. You know how much inconvenience you have caused for me and my family???

We had to sleep a day with hunger because of your order not arriving … I had to borrow and ask money to make the means of calling you guys 0ver and over again

I don’t know if this is the proper service you guys think we deserve ????
