Order Cancellation!

I ordered off Pick n Pay ASAP and obviously funds were taken off my account. A long with delivery money. Only for my order to be cancelled without any reason. Instead of sending another delivery driver or someone to call me to explain my order got cancelled and they are saying refund will take 7 days?! I ordered because I needed what I ordered. I used my last money to order from them. They did not even include my delivery amount within the refund. What nonsense service from Pick n Pay in Northlands Corner, Northriding, Johannesburg
