ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK

It was the first time using the pick n pay bottle’s app and considered trying them out since I could not leave the house. I placed an order at 11:57, at first TAT was between 14:00-15:00. As time went by the TAT would change to later times, 15:00-16:00, 16:00-17:00, when I saw 18:00-19:00 I then decided to call the contact centre to enquire about my order of which was then delivered just before 5pm.

I opened the bags only to find half the items I ordered amounting to R595 missing. I then called the contact centre again, spoke to a gentleman who told me they will log a request to re deliver before 1pm the following day.

4days later I still have not received my goods, and every-time I call to enquire I am asked to read out the missing items list over and over again.
