Order and collect was a bad experience.

I ordered some groceries online for somebody who is in a financial dilemma and really wanted to help her. The allocated time to collect the order was for 2 May 202 at 4- 5pm. When she got to the store in William Moffat Rd, Port Elizabeth, the store was closed. She had to stand her ground, bang on the door, persuade the security to open for her and to call the staff. The order delivered at last. This is unacceptable practice and I will not make use of this service again.
