I placed an order on Pick n Pay ASAP at 07h58, the order was only delivered at 15h04 after receiving an SMS from Pick n Pay that the order has been canceled. I then placed another order with Checkers 60. I then called Pick n Pay customer service and advised them that I need a full refund for my order and was advised that they can only give me a R100 promo code after having to spend more money to place another order and spend 40 min on the call with them using my airtime. Imagine. They call themselves Pick n Pay ASAP for delivering our goods after 7 hours?
