Order #*** (01 Dec 2022) IRATE AND DISAPPOINTED IN PICK N PAY ASAP

If I could rate Pick n Pay asap a zero... I would. Please can I get my refund as you overcharged me on Order #*** (01 Dec 2022). I have sent screenshots as proof of the drastic variance in what I was charged online VS what was delivered to me.

I would much prefer if an EFT was done rather than crediting it to my wallet as I believe my negative experiences with you every month constitutes me being accommodated. I would also appreciate an instant payment as its unfair for me to wait 3 to 5 business days when you received my payment immediately upon completing my order. I also want to ensure that I have no need for your App moving forward and crediting my refund to the pick n pay wallet ensures that there is some opportunity for me to purchase on your app again. - Which I don't.

I'm done with Pick N Pay ASAP. You are not anywhere close to where you aspire to be...... so sad!
