Good day, last year in 2024 before pick n pay move from Botshabelo Mall,my mother went to pick n pay to make a smart shopper at pick n pay, but instead they opened an account, when she used the smart shopper for purchase they said to her she will pay month end, she paid the amount they told her to pay even though it was a little extra from the price she was supposed to pay with the smart shopper,she never used the card again, but she is still receiving thread message that they will sue her if she doesn't pay, sometimes it will be R204, sometime R100, so I wonder if is the new way of pick n pay ****ming elderly people with smart shopper or what, because my mother is 67 years..?
