There is a lot of innocent people in jail because of lack effective situation handling, the wrong person was thrown out of the store and the perpetrator, because he looked more lighter skinned than the other was left to continue with his life like nothing happened. I guess the darker skinned man will always be a suspect and the guilty party in South Africa. I was really disgusted by the way the situation was handled, the least you could ha e done Jason and your security guys, is thrown both men out of the store to mitigate the risk to your shoppers and let the men resolve the issues on their own what you did was seemed predujice and unfair the one customer.
