oor delivery service from PnP Steeldale

went to buy something that was advertise on the special paper, when i got to pick n pay Steeldale was told that the supplier never brought the stock to all the branches then was forced to take something else on high a price, i bought a chest freezer and a dish washing machine. was told that they will deliver on thew 16 June 2020, i waited and waited nothing, i called on Wednesday i spoke to peter Pienaar he said they did not deliver since it was a public holiday but they'll defnatley deliver on Wednesday he even assured me that he saw a bakkie loading my goods coming to my house, i waited i waited nothing, i called Thursday was toild that the guy was off i spk to Layton he also assured me that as soon they get a driver they'll deliver. i have been calling the store with no luck. no one is even answering the store line. Steeldale pick n pay their service is very poor, the staff not friendly at all.
