only Eskom more unreliable

I thought to deliver a bag of food can't be too difficult. However Pick n pay seems to when it comes to service delivery on par with eskom and takealot. First my app, from which I ordered for the last 6 month, tells me my address does not exist. After a lengthy phone conversation, i was informed Pick n pay online no longer services my area (Houtbay) Picknpay asap had still an old land line number. I phoned that call centre, was promised my details will be updated within 30 min and I ordered. 1/2 the goods I ordered where missing when the oder was delivered. Another order was placed with the missing items, extra delivery fee, extra tip, but nobody arrives. My money was taken but no goods. When I phoned the help centre I was told the driver cancelled the order as he could not reach me. So now I have half my order, double the money taken and not a word of apologies
