Only 3 Cashiers on duty

There is a bad service at Boulders shopping centre . W were in a long que to pay. Only 3 Cashiers were on duty. I asked the supervisor, she said she does not have a say about staff scheduling. Then I spoke to Jack the bakery manager, he said to me, they are aware and the store manager is doing nothing about it. I am not the first one to complain. The store manager was not in.
